DRAFT FOR REVIEW - NOT FOR PUBLICATION
Effective date: [insert publication date]
Your booking
These terms cover magellan1519.com and tickets bought directly from Magellan1519, operated by Magellan 1519 LLC, for the October 30, 2026 New York-Boston pilot. Review these terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy before paying.
Each ticket covers one rider on the direction, date and departure shown in the booking confirmation. Each leg has 28 seats available for sale. Provide accurate rider and contact details, complete the seat-selection step, and keep your confirmation available for boarding. Transfers are allowed under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Who provides the trip
Magellan handles ticket sales and rider communications. A licensed charter partner provides the bus, driver and transportation. The driver is responsible for safe operation and may make changes needed for safety.
Schedules and boarding
Be at the boarding location in your confirmation before the scheduled departure. The bus cannot wait for late riders. Arrival times are estimates, not guarantees of connections or arrival at a particular time.
Schedules, stops or the vehicle may change because of traffic, weather, mechanical issues or other operating needs. We will email you about changes we know of. If Magellan cancels the pilot, all riders automatically receive the full amount paid, including fees. Rider cancellations and no-shows follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If Magellan cancels one leg or makes a material schedule or stop change, riders are entitled to a full refund for the affected leg.
On board
Treat the driver, staff and other riders respectfully. Follow reasonable safety instructions, use seat belts where provided, keep aisles clear, and do not smoke or vape. Threats, harassment, violence and unsafe behavior are not allowed. The charter partner may refuse boarding or end a rider's journey when reasonably necessary for safety and as permitted by law.
Contact greetings@magellan1519.com about accessibility needs or boarding assistance so we can coordinate with the charter partner. This does not limit your rights under applicable accessibility laws.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Magellan is not responsible for indirect losses, such as missed connections or lost income, arising from a delay or service disruption. This does not limit promised refunds, liability for personal injury, fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any responsibility that cannot legally be limited. No blanket waiver of the charter partner's or Magellan's legal duties is created by these terms.
Law and questions
[Proposed, subject to legal review: Kentucky law governs these terms, except where applicable federal law or mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.]
Email greetings@magellan1519.com with booking questions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Updated terms apply to future purchases, not retroactively to an existing booking.
